What is TalentCards?

TalentCards is a mobile training platform that uses the power of microlearning to help your people learn and remember information. Build courses, also known as card sets, through the cloud-based platform, and then share them with your teams to complete on their smartphones through the TalentCards app.

Do I need a credit card to create an account?

No, you do not need a credit card to create an account. Our free plan has no time limit.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. If you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you won’t lose access to your portal or your card sets.

Do your plans have user limits?

Our Standard and Premium plans cover up to 2,000 users. We also offer custom plans for customers who need a larger number of users.

How are users counted in TalentCards?

When a user downloads the TalentCards app and joins your company’s portal, they are counted as a user in your plan. You can always delete users to free up space for new ones. Admins who don’t download the app are not counted as users. In our paid plans, you can have as many admins as you’d like!

Do I have to speak with sales?

While we strongly encourage you to speak with a sales representative so that they may help you get the most out of TalentCards, you don’t have to. If you’re in a hurry, you can create your free account on your own, and upgrade to a paid plan from inside your portal.
